Delete Your Soulful Streets Account
If you wish to permanently delete your Soulful Streets account and associated personal data, please follow the steps below.
Method 1 — Recommended
Delete from within the app
- Open the Soulful Streets app.
- Navigate to Profile → Delete Account.
- Confirm the deletion request.

Send an email to support@soulfulstreets.com
Subject: Account Deletion Request
Include:
- Registered Name
- Registered Mobile Number
- Registered Email Address
What will be deleted
- User profile
- Saved addresses
- Wallet balance
- Reward points
- Referral information
- Preferences
- Order history linked to your account
- Personal information
Data retained
Certain transaction records and invoices may be retained where required by applicable laws or accounting requirements.
Processing time
Your request will normally be completed within 7 working days.
